Some days in the event world stand out more than others. For Armani Entertainment, one of those unforgettable days was when we were hired for not just one, but two incredible events happening at the very same venue, at the very same time.
The venue? The stunning Hotel Du Village in New Hope, PA, a French-styled estate that perfectly balances rustic charm with modern elegance.
What made this day so unique was that while both events shared the same space, the experiences were completely different, and our photo booth services were tailored to reflect each occasion.
Event One: A Gala for the Arts
The first event of the evening was a gala and fundraising celebration for the Music Mountain Theatre of Lambertville, NJ. The theatre, beloved for bringing live performance to the community, hosted its supporters in style.
For this event, Armani Entertainment provided our classic 2x6 photo strip prints, a timeless choice that guests love taking home as keepsakes. To complement the gala’s festive spirit, we used our Gold Rain backdrop, an elegant shimmer that added just the right amount of sparkle to each photo.
Placement was key: we set up the booth in the cocktail hour area, right outside the main room. This meant guests could easily step over, snap a set of fun photos, and head back into the festivities with a personalized memento in hand.

Event Two: A Wedding in Black & White
At the very same time, just steps away, another milestone was unfolding: a wedding. While the gala buzzed with energy, the wedding exuded romance and sophistication.
For this event, we brought out our Glam Photo Booth option, a luxury setup designed to give every guest a studio-quality experience. The photos were all printed in black and white, softened with our signature skin-smoothing filter and enhanced by professional-grade lighting. The result? Timeless, magazine-worthy photos that made every guest look like a star.
Guests received 4x6 prints that felt a bit more special and substantial than a standard strip. And for an extra meaningful touch, we also printed copies for the couple’s guestbook. Friends and family could add heartfelt messages alongside their photos, creating a keepsake that the newlyweds will treasure for years to come.
Shared Features, Personalized Experiences
Though the events couldn’t have been more different, one a gala to support the arts, the other a celebration of love, they both enjoyed some of the same enhancements. At both events, guests had the option to text their photos directly to their phones. Not only did this give them instant access, but it also let them view and share from a live gallery of all the night’s snapshots.
And in a fun coincidence, both events featured live bands to keep the energy high. Music filled every corner of Hotel Du Village that night, and the photo booths added an extra layer of excitement and memory-making to each celebration.
