DJ Art Armani has provided professional Wedding DJ and MC services for 300 plus couples all over the Philadelphia area.
Each wedding is unique which is why we work with you from day one to hand craft the day's events for you and your guests. From ornate mansions, country clubs, farm / barn weddings to the back yard wedding, we have experience with all types of venues and timelines!
From the start, we are in planning mode with you to make sure the celebration you envision becomes a reality. We don't just show up and play music. Hours of preparation are at hand when putting together the boutique experience for our clients.
We know when the music should be soft and when it should be energetic, and best of all we have experience with blending and beat mixing the music at the right times!
Ceremony Sound
- 30 Minutes of Music Prior to Start of the Ceremony
- Wireless microphone & Sound System
- Music production and timeline coordination we plan together.
- Battery power source for those remote situations where electricity is not available.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour is where we set a nice background of music so your guests can mix and mingle while enjoying refreshments.
This is the time where music should be light and refreshing yet fun.
We have battery powered systems that allow us to provide music just about anywhere your cocktail hour is!
Reception
- Reception itinerary planning and execution based on our unlimited planning emails and communication.
- Emcee and Introductions: We are as involved or laid back as you need us to be, always professional and always fun!
- Professional Sound System and backup system on site.
- Online Planning and Music Request Portal: You get your own personalized online planning area. Includes unlimited access to planning meetings.
- DJ Lighting: This is included in every package. Lighting helps create a fun atmosphere.
Your wedding day for us isn't just 5 or 6 hours for us.
Initially we average 4 hours curating the music and planning meetings with you to ensure we are fully prepared for the day.
Then, from equipment preparation, loading the equipment, traveling to the venue, loading in / setting up in some cases three or more areas at a venue then facilitating the services for the event, then loading out and traveling back home we average a 12 hour day.
Each wedding is different, no two are the same. Having helped hundreds of couples make their wedding day dreams become a reality we have the experience to make your day seamless, fun and memorable. We listen to what your vision is and guide you through the process. From the time your guests arrive to the minute they leave our mission is to provide a positive, fun experience that they will never forget.
